- I paid $75 shipped for a replacement from a private party (keybd was
- essentially brand new). Earlier I saw an ad either here or in some other
- Amiga newsgroup including A3000 kbds for $80 (before shipping, tax, etc.).
- Have seen used ones selling here for around $50-$60, though there is, of
- course, no way to know their condition for sure.
-
- There is also a gadget that will allow at least some PC keyboards to work
- with the Amiga. Not quite sure if they are then 100% compatible, but I
- seem to recall it sounded promising (was considering this before I found
- what I considered a reasonable deal on a pure A3000 kbd). Afraid I don't
- still have the info on who makes this gadget, but I found it on this
- newsgroup, so perhaps someone in the know will repost the info.
-
- If I recall correctly, there is also a review found on Aminet, regarding
- an Omnikey keyboard, or something similarly named, that works with the
- A3000, either with that gadget mentioned above or straight with minor
- modifications. Suggest you look for it (probably in the reviews dir).
